When the transition to the new company occurs in roughly 30-60 days, the RS will enable uplisting to get out of pinkies. RS is only a problem if they dilute. Otherwise, it is simply an accounting of shares, and a change in decimal points.

Given the vast inventory they have acquired, willing buyers and increasing prices for ore, they have no reason to raise funds through dilution. JMO.
