PYCT has not even paid for the last tranche per the financials. How can anyone believe they paid for these shares, much less believe they were bought in the open market, when no funds have been expended to buy back the shares.

Also, why would the company state they were waiting for documentation for the third tranche if they bought them in the open market. The shares would be listed as an asset on the balance sheet and there would be an expense item.
