Lol exactly, TBI is a Fortune 500 company for crying outloud, LTNC isn't, but may be one day...they're not looking for everyone and their brother to submit a resume for employment, but as you kindly pointed out, these resumes are not going to their individual branches for labor solutions, lol.

Even temp employers will have an employment application, background checks, etc. it's just common business practice these days. If there's a reason to not seek recruits with some type on online process it's hard to understand.
