I'm going to call Sabol today. and will report back. Did anyone consider doing some arial mapping close ups so we can see how wet the land is and last week's & future weather. We need to narrow this down to whether the only holdup is the financing. JMHO.
Again, this deal should be good. I just won't tolerate being misled.
