So based on your information, the information about the funding deal in the March 6 PR was apparently BS. Lisenby probably used the word "commitment" to a deal in the PR to avoid legal issues (as suspected). So now, there is no definite funding, and MCIC may not have no role in DC without funding. Ladies and gentleman - I give you Lisenby. Also, I think it would be difficult to blame Sam Lee for this mess. Much more on the misleading PRs to come.
