Without all these manipulation, how would these shares go down so that they can cover the shorts?
This is how they play this game and win. It is unfortunate but hopefully the SEC will eventually take care of them.
Buying stock is not for the faint of heart especially when you have a mortgage, bills, expenses, etc...
My suggestions is not to invest in stocks if you are money and time restraint. Never put all the eggs in one basket. Leave some room for abnormal adjustments.
If you do not have a lot of money then you should learn to do Options or buy mutual funds.
