I agree! No serious partnering discussions are going to happen at a conference. There might be an expression of initial interest and setting up due diligence meetings, but I wouldn't expect more than that.

what role do any of you think the BOtrustees at UTSW plays in partnership/buy-out/go it alone discussions? Hands off? Active involvement?

I am in agreement with you on all points and questioned why we should focus on partnering discussions at a scientifc conference like ASCO. The potential impending go it alone dilution has me as concerned as it does you.
