I tried and will continue to try to have the MBA program at UT Austin provide an assessment of the current BOD. I was working w/ Thorpe on this and his passing slowed it down. I have another avenue w/ some heavyweight alum. Funny thing is mgmt. is scared of any oversight. Wonder why? A first year bus student would smell a rat let alone a first year MBA student. Mgmt is running out of time to straighten out the ship....
