We do have voting rights, see the bylaws that were created in the financials.

What does this mean? I do not see any bylaws posted on OTCMarkets. Also, how are bylaws created in financials? That does not make sense. Voting rights are not even mentioned in any of their filings.

Yes, PYCT shareholders have voting rights, but when was the last time, if ever, shareholders voted on something?
