Hey ND111, I agree with your above statement. There is so much misunderstanding, misconceptions, misinformation, personal vendettas, etc. going on that the board is spinning out of control.

Unless you believe there is ALOT of shorting of ANDI, which I don't, what longmike is talking about is ridiculous and can be ignored. If you have sold all your common shares, there is nothing you need to do until the first round of prfd-to-common conversions are allowed!
