I agree. Don't see this tanking from the divy shares Wednesday. But, the company needs to pr with some guidance and clarity on Asher and the A/S.

They have to file the Gelmon approved AS increase in Florida before they can register any new shares. Last filing the AS was maxed out, little less than 750K shares they could "legally" issue.

Once the Florida AS increase is filed then and only then do they have 2.5B AS to dilute with.

I expect the Florida filing this week.
