IJO: do you think this contract could have anything to do with the UAV test sites?

Archer Western Federal Jv, Chicago, Ill., was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract with a maximum value of $16,983,000 for the construction of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Complex on Fort Campbell, Ky. Fiscal 2013 Military Construction funds are being obligated on this award. The bid was solicited through the Internet, with 14 bids received. The Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Ky., is the contracting activity (W912QR-13-C-0012).

The term "major" is relative to this company.

I used to think that any contract that would bring them to profitability would be "major"

Now I would be impressed if they sold something that was actually put into use. Is the army going to use these blimps or test them. Seems to me that they are being tested, no? And if they like it enough they'll buy more.

So I'll say this, if they buy more of them and put them into service, and not just to replace the one that may be lost,I would consider that "major"
