I agree but the time was back in 2004 than, not 2006. I don't think IDCC knew what it got itself into back a few years ago with these MFL clauses and trigger contracts. Yeah we have had NOK signed for 2G and 3G for the past 4 years but haven seen them pay. Its almost like to get A signed, B has to sign along with C. If C signs and B contests that A won't sign. Everything is interconnected it seems and when one stalls it puts everything else on hold until its resolved. Hence NOK asking for arbitration 2.5 years ago. We can argue all day about which is better. However I want to make money and for the last 2.5 years IDCC has been in a trading range of 15-20 regardless of what the NAZ does. THe reason is because of courts and litigation that holds it back and a breaking point will happen soon. I'm holding until that point happens and hopefully its to the positive.
