Here in the UK we have mixes already of some of these medicines

for instance Nuromol is available OTC (paracetamol aka tylenol + ibuprofen) which is great particularly for migraine i find it works

Morphine OTC??? ive never heard of that lol im not sure about America but here in london its a controlled drug and no way is it OTC, in low doses its available as a CD4 i believe (oramorph 10mg/5ml) however its still nowhere near available OTC, closest you can get OTC is dihydrodocodeine

Tylenol is liver toxic in very high doses (some patients take 6g a day for severe migraine (however its a unlicensed dose) but at regular doses its fine
