Question. How does increasing the A/S prevent a hostile takeover? Taking a controlling interest in a company would be based on Outstanding Shares. So are you theorizing that MS is going to place another 3.5 Billion Shares (up and above the current share O/S and needed to rid the $660 million in Debt) with Asher, etc. at some point to fend off a potential Raider? BTW, is anyone entity currently listed as owning 10% of shares outstanding which is a required disclosure by the SEC.
