Do you have a link where it says that can be done? Everything I find says the A/S is the maximum shares a company can sell. I have found nothing saying they are allowed to sell more than authorized.

Not what it says but if that's what you understand "slap the ask" but get ready to duck, it's going to slap back.

The OS can NOT "legally" be more than the AS. They were almost maxed out at the OS reported to OTC as of March 26, 2013 when they had an OS of 249,249,269.

At that point they only had another 750,731 that could be "issued" or added to the OS.

They have issued another 350M over the AS and the "AS is the number of shares that a company can legally issue" which according to Florida AEGY can issue 250M common and 5M preferred.
