I'm trusting Al to keep his word and "make the old shareholders whole". $2.78 is not unreasonable, again. Military contract, Border Patrol (they are begging for Groen craft), Chinese sales, DRONES, and more intellectual property patents.
There is just simply not enough shares in the float to accumulate large blocks anymore at current SP.
