ANDI did not follow this legal procedure in notifying their shareholders

Post the procedures your stating. I would like to see the procedures for this. I feel it’s the shareholders responsibility to keep abroad of the companies doings. I also feel it’s the responsibility of the company to notify the shareholders also, which I think they did...

Just because the shareholder missed it, isn’t the companies fault IMO... Like I said; if I’m invested in a stock and missed a PR, so to say like what happen here, I would be pissed, but I also would be kicking myself in the azz for missing the PR and not being aware of my investment... JMO Yea I feel bad that they missed the PR but I wouldnt blame the company, plus there was ample time between the PR and actual conversion for investors to be aware. IMO,
