Let's just stop this debate as I see you are missing the point. The short version is: I'm 66 years old, been investing for 45 years, have been involved as a shareholder in a number of restructures such as AT&T, and have NEVER NOT BEEN NOTIFIED BY MAIL of the DETAILS of the restructuring and what are the NEXT STEPS that I may have to take!
Now you can say "Hey, this is the pink sheets...they can do whatever they please", but that doesn't make it right or ethical. And what if there are some legalities involved that would delay or halt the entire stock conversion plan? Then we are all screwed!
I'm not going to take any legal action...that would be a conflict of interest!! LOL I want at least my investment back just like you.
