Wilco24.

Looking at a number of companies that could fall into the category described, it would appear that one company that has an IPR infringment provision is Nokia, none of the other companies that I have looked at other than Ericy has such a certain provision.

wilco, longs, can someone exlpain to me how a leading company can idemnify another company for stealing patents, can u break this down in laymen's terms, let's say it is qcom, mot, or somebody, how could they do this, what are the repercussions, how would idcc fight this, in your opinion what will be their plan

basically what that says is said company is telling other companies don't license with idcc, if they try to sue you we will pay for damages, am i reading that right, like i said before i am not an expert in the wireless field, i need your expertise here, are we looking at a lawsuit with the mystery company, is this just a part of the 10k where idcc knows better but has to protect themselves and state the worse case scenario, is it possible that this mystery company is close to agreement with idcc

please everybody weigh in on this, give us your full theory, i am still in the dark, and this could be the most important line in the 10k

ams by the way i am in the eastern time zone, long island, new york

something tells me news comes out this week, either way it seems they are close to positive news, just by the way they are talking in the 10k, i would think u would want to follow up ericy resolution with some good news to show that whatever it is, it was a part of the ericy resolution and the reason it was settled for so little money up front

because if this was all we have to show for 10 years then this stock was the biggest tease of all time, i thought for sure resolution would bring 50 a share, it still can if they follow up with nok and samsung
