Public announcements are perfectly legal. Governments do it for back taxes. See my other post. My own daughter missed out. Does not make it illegal. Stocks are risky. Especially these penny stocks

LMAO...I suppose the IRS doesn't send you a notice of back taxes that are due? That is absolutely incorrect. Just because there may be a public record of an event doesn't mean you are not directly notified! Penny stock risk and your daughter's situation has nothing to do with it.
