First, they haven't filed in California.

Even if they do, it will probably be as a "foreign entity" because the registration in Florida is the one that controls the share structure.

I know, "they can change that" why yes they can but not in the middle of an AS increase, IMO.

I've seen many "companies" like AEGY be in incorporated in one state but claim to "operate" in another state and never file in the "operating" state. Not registering in the state of operation means no state business license.
Places like Office Suites Plus have gained notoriety providing mail services all the way up to private offices with secretaries

Hope AEGY doesn't do any of that because that's another thing that P&D scams do.
