FMCC: hey bud ... I had the same issue with Scottrade today. Cost me a BIG bunch of $$$$$ today. Got the same BS response from them when I called. Nasty MF'ers!! :-(

Fidelity was a good .40/.50 cents behind the current price. Buying/selling was pointless since you didn't know the current ask/bid price until after you created the order. Cost me more than I would have liked but gave me a good lesson.

Yeah, I had trouble getting my sell orders with e-trade at the top of the first bounce. I tried to adjust it a few times but no go. Once it hit 3.20, I just waited for the next bounce and luckily my order went through on that one at 3.30. My two buys both went through OK, but both took a little while to register.

This is why I trade Freddie BTW. Since Fannie has higher volume, I suspect it has even more problems with orders not going through during crazy moves like these.

Yeah i had that problem with Etrade to the point i just didn't use them anymore but Interactive Brokers were the ones where i got good fills on both companies here! Even when it was around $2.00 i had an buy order in at $2.05 and still got passed up with Etrade.. Could of made waaaaay more due to my Etrade having the most cash! Sucks!
