Yo it took me 25 seconds (seemed like an eternity as I watched the PPS dive hah) for a market order on FMCC this morning. I think it's harder to fill than Fannie. I finally got filled @ 4.12 put my order up when it was at 4.95 and it kept on trucking, right up to $5 and down finally filled me out 4.61 hah...
I'm using thinkorswim with Ameritrade, they don't do OTC fast. I know when I used to use E*trade I got almost instant fills on OTC stocks. I've heard everyone was having issues today though, even the OTC prez/ceo said something about it (naturally said it's not their problem)
