Open house? MODS don't have Open Houses; Realtors have Open Houses. Kingpin's tenured MODS have the top two floors at the MGM Grand. Plus, another floor for security personnel, a HeliPad no more than 100ft from the nearest entrance/exit and three more suites for computers and tech personnel.

You can't have an Open House in a basement, anyway! sheesh!! (Keep this stuff up and you'll find yourself on probation for another 18 mos.)
