I know, the SEC can be scary guys.

Basically, they are just doing a filing service. I have seen companies with much later filings get by any intense scrutiny.

I would imagine the flags are up, and they might look over the papers a little better. Hard to believe that the government would waste too much time on a company with this market cap.
