That's when they were reported as a beneficial owner. The shares were clearly issued in the last 3 months of 2012. Regardless, those shares are about to become unrestricted. Wait for the next PR and you'll see them hit the market faster than you can blink.

That's how these guys work, the pump their stock while they sell all their shares then they move on to the next scam.
