Rip selling doesn't bother me because ...
* if Rip knew of any negative events, then he couldn't sell;
* all of management is on the gravy train with their pay and the large supply of incentive stock options available;
* Rip has been seller a before, choosing to take his gains now, rather than wait for more later;
* he probably thought the reaction to the 10K would be negative.
* 10Ks have to emphasize the risks, so taking this bias into account, IMO the company's future with 3G is much stronger than any of the risks identified in the 10K.
