I think things will hinge on what the FDA would consider as statistically significant reduction in dosage between the control group and the stim group in addition to the overall reduction in pain during the AM & PM for Plantar Fasciitis.

I don't blame anyone for hitting the eject button on their investment. For the short term, we may be looking at awhile before BIEL could gain any OTC clearance if the FDA chooses to regulate the devices as such. During that time, dilution and a R/S are a real possibility.
