Sorry for not being there, was not invited. I hope to attend when they ring the bell, when ever that will be. I'm going to Kongo in a few weeks, so it would be sweet if the could do the listing shortly.

I must say i find it ridiculous to wait until September. We are not talking about an IPO here. The ones that are interested can buy the shares in June-August and the ones that do not catch the news have an opportunity in September and later on.

The thing is that the alternative with no listing until September is much worse if it means that they will have to issue more stocks. If they get a bond deal now, I don't care about the FN listing that much.

Thank's for reporting sly, hope to get more news during the day!

Regards
Benoit

California strawberry story.

The key to this market would be year round availability of California berries versus the Chinese grown ones available only in May and June.

If the delay goes til September, will additional unplanned financing shares hit the market as a result?

So probably the listing will take place in September then? That's a shame especially if they are to remain under S1 until then. Can't believe that anyone can see this as being positive for SIAF since they are blocked in trying to get a bond in Sweden and also prohibited from posting general press releases as I undersand it.

They will be able to pursue a credit rating in Hong Kong and apply for a bond there in the meantime since that is not dependent on First North. Not sure if they can press release anything about it though when under under S1.
