I think that's why S is trying to get a bond on HongKong or Singapore market. HK should have a rating for SIAF this month. The guidance he gave in the CC (including the unintended mistake about the NI which probably was his eps calc for 2013) tells me he is not planning to issue any more shares this year unless nothing else works...looks like we Donot really need FN to avoid dilution. JMO
