I hope you all understand that. Instead of contracting with a landfill owned privately or by a municipality....you contract with yourself. You have eliminated at least one concern. You gain revenue by owning the parcel. Of course...you also gain liabilities. But I am laughing at the price that is paid for it....despite any concerns. Do some research on landfill costs...per acre to construct...per acre to close. Despite costs. This one is on the cheap..and textbook stealth. You should you really research that.

That bill was past into law in November of 2011...it removed the double liner requirement for landfill development projects..think gasification. Boy....that time line sure is interesting ...isn't it.
