All the states allowing use means one thing....

The states won't prosecute. It doesn't prevent federal prosecution and state law can't be used as a defense in federal court.

It's like the FEDS are thumbing their nose at the states, huh?

Please note; "illegal Allyn" doesn't intend to violate any laws, imho. Nor does SKTO/Medical Greens. The 50 acres will never be used to grow pot. But Hipple/Jan will get their 60 percent majority.

The states seem to enjoy spending the tax monies they receive from pot sales.... That would make Everyone from the Governor down to the consumer a criminal ..right?
