a) the parties of mark-N and ms/mk?
b) or the parties of joe-Q and ms-MK.
c) or the parties of nhsh-MO/JOE and ms.
d) or the parties of mark-N and joe-Q

MARK SAID BOTH PARTIES, in your opinion which two parties.

2) "I have had my lawyer’s office contact NHSH and let them know the good news that the balance owed by NHSH is now reduced to $72,109.00, plus interest.".....
a)so why 72K+ IOW why not $72K
b) why the extra one hundred and nine bucks.

In your opinion why?

3) marks letter/email sez $662K correct?
a) how come the amount saved to NHSH is not $550K?
b) why is not the amount left onto NHSH plate not $72K
those totals (tex has come up with) are also $662K

see ole tex can pick numbers as easy as anybody.

and btw Tex missed the insertion of the correct number as it should be $622K not $662K.... but even at $622K how do shareholders know that number is real? see it is easy to make errors with numbers.
even ole tex made one.... so how in your opin did mark arrive at the numbers he is touting?

I'd like to know too.

Why did the entire note not transfer to S?
Why did $72k stay in N with no hopes if ever being repayed to face BK and a R/S.
that $72 would have been better use to wipe ones back side in the John.

Does Seeker Tec have any ability to ever pay that note off?
Splitting that Note does runs up a big red flag that the entire thing is made up and not a true note. New retail guys looking in ate thinking this is a new means of passing out free goodies. Like this story is known for.
May be an embellished note.
Changing for the hell if it as time passes.

I can see it now. Mike says he will take that note, but not that $72part.
That is a scam and was added out of thin air back when he first saw the original, but leave it in N for a rainy day and may be it will stick and become real.
Like Joes 442 shares. Looks like those phony shares, real or not, did some real actions.

That note stinks this entire story and casts a Shaddow on ridding the World of land mines
