Are you saying that the debt that Mark Osgood thought Mike Kendrick had taken in good faith, isn't really happening.
I find that hard to beleive. Mark Osgood seemed to be the only person that I had heard of that was getting anything other than excuses from Mike Kendrick.
If Kendrick is backing out of another deal. It really would be just another black mark added to the long list of black marks already worn by Kendrick.
Dirty hands is right tex. But I think when mike took a better look he found that doing illegal things just for the sake of some would not be wise. But then again it could just be a ploy to get it off the board. I think mike and mark would be wise to get with NHSH and figure a legal way out.
