so whats the deal here, as sometimes the words being passed around do get confusing?

so now debt is being passed around on one hand, and then by the other hand MS will not accept a MO debt? seems like two dirty hands.

so MS is playing in the dirt, when MS should have been studying the dirt, as obviously MS is not good at finding those ole dirty nasty vile landmines. But MS said they could find em and Quasar loaned em big bucks to find em.
