Day #80 since Scott "strong-armed" the Chinese and still NO DEAL OR UPDATE. In addition, no other suitors jumping in to offer financing as was suggested in the last PR.

....and since August 1st, 2012 right after the Chinese signed the first exclusivity deal, it has been 296 days and still NO DEAL!

5 years since Scott took over and still no deal...

SRSR is probably a smaller project for them that is not top priority right now. Also doing projects internationally takes more capital and has more operating and market risk that they have to evaluate and factor into their calculations. The fact that they are doing the testing without exclusivity, albeit that it is taking longer than we expected, means they are not just talking.
