That is what start up companies do to get their products/concepts to market.

Easy basher, they legally increased their authorized shares. What smart company trying to finish a product and get it too market wouldn't ?

It is an insurance policy for them to finish their headset and market the headset if funding initiatives do not pan out. Smart move.

However, it is the responsibility of the stock owner to keep a keen eye on 10k-8k reports going forward.
