Look at the grey box, looks to me like a 220 volt male plug end(top and bottom piece) laying on the table left of the gray box. I assumed they took it off and wired direct into the gray box. You can see wire out of box on same side. I assumed the 4 red buttons or switches were to turn on the magnatrons individually.
Could be completely wrong but that is what it looks like to me.
