Well if he did win a judgement against aps and they refused to pay he could conceivably get ownership of their websites.

It did work with the AbuseofLaw site, because that person, and his site, were in the States. The registrar for APS and most of the APS sites, though, is Eurodns. I wonder if that would make a difference. Currently, the sites are being run off servers in Oregon, but they've used web hosts all over the world, so changing again wouldn't be a problem.
