I don't understand this Tyche thing, either. First they buy and now they are distributing shares to us. Were we just a method for Tyche to expand its shareholder base? Why isn't BIGN holding the shares. Doesn't BIGN plan to do buisiness with them? If it is not important now to own these shares, was it ever important? What has changed?
Following is a link to most of the old Tyche press releases I compiled:
Are these private shares? Can I sell them? Is BIGN saying they bought the shares, found the joint venture unfruitful, want to get rid of the shares but can't so they are giving them to us as the next best thing to recouping nothing for shareholders?
Tyche to us as individual shareholders is worthless. Again, I have no idea what is going on. Maybe they thought giving us these shares would impress us. It does not impress me.
This does a couple of things. First it does limit naked shorting if it is going on and truly may be the reason for this transaction. This also helps Peter Rowe, as it is his company, by putting shares in more hands. If Biogenerics is successful then Tyche Energy is successful.
