The company has suspected there might be some shorting happening. When the stock tanked back in the spring, it was a perfect setup for naked shorting. I known way to try and catch the naked shorting is for a company to offer a dividend of some sort. These shares of Tyche would be a dividend to existing shareholders. Naked shorts would have to cover prior to the ex-divy date. Just a thought but that might be what is happening.... GLTY.
