Abolutely agree with everything stated except for one thing. With the exception of one time, this company has consistently retired notes with a prepayment before they can be converted.
This explains why there hasn't been a significant increase in the size of the float. I would look for this trend to continue, since I do not believe that the company wants to suffer dilution at the hands of convertible note financings.
