re: Serious Question Here- I just called and talked to customer support, he said he would talk to the tech people about it. I bought a gift certificate for my brother the other day, but he hasn't activated it yet.

there are definatly some bugs on the site,which I remember either in the interview or a post ,where they are going to wait untill after the holidays to redo the site..my expierance
with a bug was , I tried the free trial ,then was impressed with
the delivery time and most of all the prepaid envolope!!!!,
gotta love prepaid..anyways, so I decided to go with the plan,but after I filled the info out ,and when I log in it keeps bringing back to the free trial area.?? but I still get my CD's..and emails when I return them.so I'm sure when they redo the site,those problem will get fixed..shopping carts can be a bit tricky sometimes...
