My first e-mail about this problem was met with a speedy response from the Vice President of Web operations, Chris McLaurin, saying that the problem was fixed. However, the problem has not been fixed, and my subsequent e-mails haven't been responded to reference this situation. Has anyone had this sort of problem , as I feel customer service should not lack with such an IMPORTANT MILESTONE UPON US FOR BOTH THE COMPANY AND SHAREHOLDERS!
