#232012 RE: Skimoor #232010

Simoor--Exactly! Hysterics has always been the background music of this investment. The skewed emotions are understandable. After all, Wave has nearly always dangled by a thread above a rather horrifying abyss.

But guess what?

May I be permitted to state the obvious?

The abyss has vanished. This company now dangles only a few feet above the bed rock foundation of a billion TPMs that represent the new global platform for Internet Security. That formerly miraculously imperishable thread now needs to be cut, so that the Trusted Computing game can finally begin!

The obvious management genius of Steven Sprague is easily demonstrated by the fact that he somehow kept this company alive and well, and brilliantly evolved the technology for nearly 20 years when there was zilch demand for TPMs! Without Steven Sprague, Wave Systems would have dropped dead many years ago! That is indisputable! And yet instead of admiration and awe we get instead the continuous and ridiculous mantra of his incompetence and lack of veracity. Geez! It is almost hilarious!

A cluster of significant news all packed together will absolutely happen in the next 4 weeks. It will happen for the same reason Michael Dell wrote out a monthly 2 million dollar check to Wave for 5 years for software that was never used. Obviously there were powerful players who had vested interests that Wave remain alive and well. Wave has strategic partnerships and close relationships with many of the power players with very deep pockets. But most importantly Wave has the technology that the gorillas need and require.

The critics play a great game of checkers! Unfortunately, this is a Chess game. Linear and historical thinking without context is merely a game of checkers.

I say expect the unexpected in the next few weeks!
