ARSC or WDAM? ARSC had $90k in the bank and raising $700k in a non arms length deal with a director, they bought those fuel cell thingees from Davis' EGo for 12 million shares, they pay for everything with stock, including a million warrants at a penny and the other 5,000,000 with toxic conversions of 50% of highest bid price...I don't think they're in any position to be looking at other stuff right now.


WDAM had $2,000 in the bank and losing money too.
