TECO receives on average 15-20 emails/calls a day regarding speculation and rumors that we have no information on or are complete fabrications from these sites

If memory serves correctly, that was a reply regarding someone questioning a post. Thus third party no matter what backs that poster up, it didn't come directly from the source (TRRC, SEC etc....).
