No...Treaty said third party sources. Also most of my information comes from The TRRC and SEC with links to back them up...

we do not recommend investors get information from 3rd party non-TECO sources for that particular reason. TECO receives on average 15-20 emails/calls a day regarding speculation and rumors that we have no information on or are complete fabrications from these sites.

We again recommend going to our website or sending us an email/call if you have any questions regarding your investment.
