idcc mgt's ingenuity
"genius" is a unique word...give it to Harry C.!! I have posted in the past the "story" behind the patent victory, but i will give it again. Harry was in a previous co. (i believe dry cleaning chemicals) which owned patents also. He devised a strategy to protect and collect on those patents. when he came to idcc he transferred that strategy to our patents..especially getting several key patents revalidated after the mot debacle. thru persistence and refusal to give in (despite the criticism with the low settlement dollars), OUR co. is now validated, vindicated, and victorious. for those of us in since the beginning, these are sweet times. this story may be simple and slightly wrong, but i cast my vote for ingenuity and genius to harry c!!!
